This home page does a good job on conveying the message that this is an international law firm. But the scrolling text is a distraction and and a cliche. The search engine was broken. If navigation bars are the same from page to page, your browser can cache them and make the pages load quicker. Here there are actually different navigation bars on each major section. In the "Resources" section, we counted two pieces of substantive content dated 1999. There was more in the "News" section, but how about a "Publications" section?
