We found 29 broken links in the "Links" section. And although the firm tried to use a logical directory structure, when we accessed "http://www.thelenreid.com/links/" we got the following error: "Directory Listing Denied. This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed." This can be fixed by having a consistent name for the default file in each directory. We like the unique triangular navigation bar. The "Articles & Legal Updates" page was poorly organized, and many items listed did not have dates. Search engine output was very good, except when common terms (such as "law") were used.
