We don't have a check box for what happened to us at this site. This site routinely crashed our computer in Netscape, but it works in Internet Explorer. Needless to say, this is a major problem. Plus the home page consists of 64 files, which is too many. And scrolling text. It pains us to say so, but this is one of the worst home pages we've ever seen for all of these reasons. Also the Y2K image had a space in the filename. Spaces in filenames are a bad idea. In the library section, we found three broken links on the federal page.
