This site is well designed, but we think it would be better if it used one color scheme and had the navigation bar in a fixed location. The problem with having a navigation bar at the bottom of each page is that you have to scroll down to get to it. This site attempts to use bookmark-friendly titles, but they are backwards. The firm name should come first, then the page name. Background colors were gray in some of training pages (viewed in Netscape). Publications were organized by practice groups, but we also recommend a "Publications" section to provide multiple paths to this sort of content.
