Another spinning globe for our cliche collection. Site navigation is poor, in part due to an ever-changing navigation bar and a crowded frames presentation. It took too many clicks to find basic information. And we're not sure why (in the "Technology" section) the firm is bragging about using Windows95. Sounds a bit dated to us. No search engine, no compelling content, nothing that makes this site stand out in a crowd.
