This site hasn't changed much since last year, and we still think the images on the home page are links. A good selection of newsletter is online, but many are undated. Font selection and page layout are not consistent throughout the site, and a consistent top-of-page or left-side-of-page navigation bar would help greatly in getting around the site. The health law group has its own site-within-a-site here, and this is killer content worth coming back for. Its also a good example of how one site can live logically within another. A search engine is conspicuously absent.
