The presentation of McDonough Holland & Allen's web site is among the cleanest we've seen. One complaint we have is with the execution, however: it frequently takes three or four clicks to get to the information you want - we figure you could probably cut that number in half by just reorganizing the way the information is presented. That issue aside, we were impressed with the site as a whole and its consistency. The "puzzle/solution" metaphor is a good one, and one that makes sense on a few levels for prospective clients (as well as law students looking for a job). We're not sure why, but here's another firm that manages to work in a "Fridge" motif on their site. Overall, the site succeeds because it sends a consistent message about the firm, its abilities, and its people.
