Points are automatically deducted for the scrolling text cliche on the home page. Inside, presentation is strong, navigation consistent, and directory structure logical. We would prefer to see a top-level directory for publications. Here they are listed under "What's New," which is not where we'd look for them. Also, the search page should have the same look-and-feel (and navigation bar) as the rest of the site. There is also a link to an extranet (under "Secure Client Area"). We expect that more firms will be adding client-only interactive content in the future.
