This site's new look was unveiled sometime after November 1, 1999. Check the Museum below to see the current site, and add and underscore ("_") before the firm's name in the Museum URL below to see the old site (i.e. if the current Museum entry is in the "/foo/" directory, the old one is in the "/_foo/" directory). We like the new design better than the old one. But you shouldn't "welcome" anyone to your website, you don't welcome them to your brochure. Articles should have a top-level ranking (or should be in a "Publications" section). Here they are in the "Firm Profile" section, which is not where we'd expect to find them. If you search for all articles (by leaving the search fields blank) you get a list of articles that are mostly undated. Also, these are links, and users expect text links to be underlined. We found a whopping 38 broken links in the "Law Links" section, which is especially bad for a newly redesigned site. The "K&S University" section relates the firm's training and retention programs. This should also be linked to from the "Recruiting" section, since recruiting and retention are inherently related.
