Want to see who this firm's Internet service provider is? Simply omit the "www" from the URL, and you get a different site. Can you say DNS problems? This firm's tagline is "In Business With the World." And it tries to work the "In" theme into the site's major sections. It works better for some sections ("In Print" and "In Court") than for others ("In Seminar" and "In Your Career"). So if you've got a theme that works, go for it, but don't force it. The "In Print" section has a good search engine for the firm's publications, but it's hidden at the bottom of the page. The "In Court" section was under construction.
