If you have a broken link on your site, or if your site was recently redesigned, it is important to customize your 404 error page. Here's why. Enter "http://www.imdr.com/redstreet.html" and you end up at a page created by this firm's Internet service provider. So you wouldn't even know that this was a law firm! At least one graphic on this site appears to have been professionally developed, but the rest of the site appears home-grown. The "What's New" page was undated and had a gray background in Netscape. The "Legal Links" page had seven broken links.
