For about the last two months, the following notice (via a pop-up window) has appeared on this home page: "Gardner, Carton & Douglas's newly re-designed website is under construction, but will be available shortly." I guess that depends on your your definition of "shortly." Well, review day is here, and review we must. Server performance was very sluggish. Probably because of all that construction. The communications articles page had a 1997 copyright notice. The "Books & Articles" page took the odd approach of providing ONLY a search interface. A better approach would be to have search and browse options. Our search for "law" produced ten articles, one dated 1999. Hmm.
