The home page is very busy and says "We are in the process of upgrading our Web site. Please bear with us." Rule: websites should never SAY they are under construction. Corollary: websites should always BE under construction. When are you done marketing? We're not surprised this site is under construction. It's pretty dreadful. Little to no organization, poor navigation, and no search engine. If you're looking for anything, go to the home page. We like the puzzles (from the firm's print ads) and think these could be used as magnet content in the new site. There is good content (and broken links) in the "Infobase" section, but it's so poorly organized, users are not likely to stick around to look for it.
