We would lose the splash page, but we like the simple distinctive layout of the home page. One of several images loads at random. Hit reload to see them all. And to see an explanation (and a clever way of getting your point across), check out the "What Matters" section. We generally prefer section names that are descriptive and logical, but Dechert pulls of this nontraditional approach nicely. The attorney search interface was very good, but just short of top notch. We would prefer to see more substantive content online (and a site-wide search engine to find it).
