The server was not responding when we first tried to visit. Fortunately, we're patient. Not sure others would be. Once here, we were faced with the cliche of a scrolling Java applet (that's two automatic deductions: one for Java, one for the scrolling text). Without the applet, the home page would be simple and effective. Under the "Practice" section are some substantive articles, but there is no publications section. Oddly, there is an "articles" directory, but nothing was listed there. And rather than including photos in attorney profiles, the firm includes a link to the photo, making users click one more time to see the picture.
