A nice home page, but the home page hasn't changed in a year, and inside there are lots of problems. Attorney profiles are several clicks away from the home page under "About Baker & Daniels." And the search interface to the profiles is poor. Only first and last name searching is available. Newsletters are also a bit hidden, under the "Newsstand" section. The organization of the newsletters was puzzling. On the left side of the page, two columns labeled "Issue" and "Lead Article" were displayed, with ten items listed in each column. But under a search box on the right side of the page entitled "Recent Issues," the names of these "issues" did not always match the names on the left columns, and 22 issues were listed. And the left list was not arranged alphabetically. Why were some newsletters highlighted and others not? Was content online for each of the 22 newsletters? Why wasn't a browseable interface provided? And the keyword search interface output only the titles of the found pages. Overall, the newsletter section had a poor interface that left us frustrated. We'd eliminate the "About Indiana" section unless it is updated to include more than a handful of external links. Plus, two of the links were broken. Navigation elements were present but were inconsistently displayed on the site's pages.
