San Francisco tax attorney Robert Sommers publishes the Tax Prophet (www.taxprophet.com) as a resource for Internet users. Sommers writes the "Tax Man" column in the San Francisco Examiner and reprints many of his columns on the Web site. In addition, there's even a tax fairy tale. As Sommers claims, "something for everybody!" A recent graphic redesign still leaves a little to be desired. Total graphics on the home page total almost 80 K, which on a 28.8 modem (with a good connection) will take more than a minute to download. Many visitors won't be that patient.
