If you dislike cookies, you'll dislike this home page, which appears to try to load a cookie with each downloaded image. And there are a lot of images here to download. The home page contains 179.9 Kbytes of content, 186.7 of which was graphics. This took approximately 53 seconds to load over a 28.8 Kbps connection. We're guessing that most users won't be a patient as these reviewers. Once the page loads, the presentation is excellent. We really like the periodical style of "Counsel Today." We'd keep all navigation elements in one place, however, rather than having some at the top of the page and some at the bottom. Inside, presentation was less polished. Bookmark-friendly titles were not used, page layout was poor, and sub-par graphics (such as a mailbox) were introduced. Also, there was no navigation bar. The "inside our home page" section (whatever that is) was under construction. SO was "Hot Links." No attorney profiles were online, and we found a few articles online, but we found no section named "Publications." Plus no search engine.
