This home page, with Judge Wally and his garish green background, is just plain goofy. Sure it stands out from the crowd, but so does Dennis Rodman. The "Technology Law Practice" page included the firm's technology law newsletter. But for no apparent reason it also included the "PHK&S Trivia Challenge" and presented the question "Who is at the greatest risk of being murdered?" I was told that my score was zero and the the possible answer were African-American men, African-American women, Caucasian men, Caucasian women. I have to tell you that I wish one of the choices was Judge Wally. The annoying "game" haunted me throughout the site. Attorney profiles used the narrative style but omitted key information like phone numbers. Archives of four newsletters were online, but we found no search engine, so finding specific information was challenging. Judge Wally and his accompanying trivia were so annoying that we couldn't wait to leave this site. We suspect other visitors will have the same reaction.
