Welcome to Red Street's review of Butzel Long's web site. Sound silly? Yup. So does saying "Welcome to our web site." Firms don't feel the need to welcome us to their brochure - why should a web site be any different? Once we got inside the site, we found lots of good content - attorney bios are well-written, but the presentation could be better (they're text-heavy, and a little difficult to read). Articles aren't dated - which makes it hard to know how current they are. The persistent navigation frame on the left doesn't take up too much room, and makes getting around the site easy. The majority of the pages could use some help on presentation - like the bios, too much text and not enough space.
