The front page starts off with the wrong impression: the firm's name takes up the entire first screen (thanks to a large image). While it looks good, the user must scroll down at least one screen (more if they have a small display) to get to the primary subsections of the site. Once inside, the design is inconsistent: the graphic theme of green marble carries through to the second level, but at an actual practice profile, there is nothing but text on the page. A navigation bar (text even!) would greatly aid navigation, as it currently consists of heavy reliance on the "back" button. This is a good start, but the site could benefit from a more consistent design strategy and a more compelling presentation of content.
