FIRM PROFILE
We concentrate solely in business matters, including emphasis in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights & Trade Secrets), computer and internet law, antitrust, complex commercial litigation, and formation, management and business owner related issues. We also have considerable experience in transactional aspects of business law, including the buying and selling of businesses, administrative law, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and other business negotiations. We will also represent clients in most other business matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, environmental litigation, tax litigation, and construction law.

We do not practice law in the areas of personal injury, criminal, probate, patent application prosecution, and domestic matters. We do, however, have an extensive network of eminently qualified lawyers to whom we refer these matters.
